I’m Ross, founder of ClientCapture.
Before building ClientCapture, my background was in global interdealer broking, investment banking environments, technical and systems change, senior investment compliance, and risk within fintech.
That work taught me one thing very clearly: missed details create real problems.
In finance, a missed signal can become a compliance issue, a risk event, a failed process, or a broken client journey. I worked across controlled environments where the job was to catch the detail, improve the system, and make sure the right information reached the right people.
That way of thinking shaped ClientCapture. Most small businesses do not lose customers because nobody is interested. They lose customers because enquiries arrive messy, scattered and unfinished across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email and websites.
